Favian Orozco

Favian started his career at Scenic through the Scenic Vanbuilder Academy in December 2024, where he quickly distinguished himself through his strong work ethic and passion for quality craftsmanship. After graduating as a van builder, he earned a reputation as the team's "Shower King" for his skill and consistency in, you guessed it, installing campervan showers. His commitment to quality and dedication to those around him ultimately led to his promotion to Van Build Team Lead.

As Team Lead, Favian oversees quality assurance for his team's installations, ensuring every build meets Scenic's standards while making sure each builder has the tools and support they need to succeed. Drawing from experience in fast-paced team environments, he brings a patient and thoughtful approach to leadership, making it a priority to encourage, mentor, and support his team every step of the way. His leadership is driven by a genuine passion for Scenic Vans and a desire to help others enjoy working here as much as he does.

Outside of work, Favian enjoys exploring new places with his wife, discovering great local restaurants, and traveling to destinations he's never visited before. He compares the thrill of traveling to "a kid going to an amusement park" - there's just so much to see, and he's always curious what the locals do for fun. An avid gamer, he particularly enjoys playing Destiny 2 and Windrose.

Whether leading a team or exploring somewhere new, Favian is known for his remarkable patience and steady demeanor - qualities that have earned him the respect of his coworkers and made him a natural leader at Scenic Vans.
