Hayden Saugar

Hayden Saugar is a cornerstone of the Scenic team, having been the company's first hire. He was initially brought on to clean rental vans but quickly immersed himself in every aspect of campervan maintenance and construction. As his skill set grew, he became a key contributor to Scenic's operations and expansion. Known throughout the company for his intense focus, professionalism, and electrical expertise, Hayden has become a trusted leader and technical resource for the entire production team. His natural leadership skills and strong work ethic led to multiple promotions, and he now serves as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing a team of more than 20 builders and the production of multiple custom campervans simultaneously, helping drive the quality, efficiency, and craftsmanship behind every Scenic build. In recognition of his impact, Hayden was named Scenic's Employee of the Year in 2023.

Outside of work, Hayden enjoys hands-on, technical pursuits. He spends his time modifying cars, building computers, and staying engaged with the latest in gaming and technology.
