Phoebe-Louise Haines

Phoebe-Louise Haines joined Scenic early on, starting as a van builder and quickly becoming an integral part of the team. As the company grew, she stepped into her current role as Director of Procurement, continuing to play a key role in its growth and evolution.

With a background spanning hospitality, labor, and warehouse operations, Phoebe brings a well-rounded, hands-on approach to her role as Director of Procurement. She oversees inventory and supply chain management, vendor relationships, purchasing, and product quality, while also leading the parts department. Her ability to streamline processes and maintain high standards across the board has made her a critical driver behind efficient, high-quality builds.

Phoebe-Louise’s impact has been recognized across the company, earning both the Trailblazer Award in 2023 and Employee of the Year in 2025 for her leadership, initiative, and contributions to Scenic’s continued growth.

Outside of work, Phoebe is always eager to explore the outdoors, from hiking new trails to paddleboarding. She also enjoys working on her Miata and spending time with her two rescue Yorkies.
