Taylor made an immediate impact once hired, earning Employee of the Year in 2024 after just six months with the team. She supports the company's infrastructure and human resources functions, helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly behind the scenes while ensuring the team has the support they need to succeed.

Taylor has become known throughout Scenic for her incredible efficiency, professionalism, and ability to bring order to even the most hectic days. Her quick wit and perfectly timed humor often catches people by surprise, balancing her highly organized nature with a warm, approachable personality. Above all, she's earned the trust of everyone at Scenic as someone they can always count on for guidance, support, and consistently delivering exceptional work.

Outside the office, Taylor enjoys traveling, cooking, camping, and spending time with her partner and their pets. From skydiving and whitewater rafting to rappelling down a waterfall in Costa Rica, Taylor loves taking on adventurous challenges simply for the experience and the memories they'll create.
