It depends.
Option 1: Use Your Personal Insurance if Possible
If your personal vehicle is insured with a car insurance company that is willing to cover an RV for the duration of your rental, you do not need to purchase insurance with us. We will email you an insurance binder form that you can send to your insurance agent to add our campervan to your personal policy and certify coverage for the duration of your rental. We can guide you through this process, but typically there are no costs to do this.
Option 2: Buy Insurance From Us
Alternatively, we offer insurance that will cover your RV through our booking portal. Prices vary depending on the van and level of coverage you select.

We operate like a hotel with Check in (Pick up) in the afternoon at 2:00 P.M. and Check out (Return) in the morning at 11:00 A.M. This allows us to ensure that the vans are clean and mechanically sound between rentals.
We try to be flexible with timing and if the van is ready, we will notify you the day of and you can get the van early, but we cannot guarantee that.
If you would like to pick up earlier or drop off later than the prescribed time, you can purchase early pickup or late drop off for $150. We have to charge that because we must cancel any rentals the night before or after the rental.

We are very pet friendly! We allow dogs and cats in our campervan rentals. We charge a $100 pet cleaning fee if you want to bring your pet.

We offer flexible cancellation with 100% refund up to 30 days in advance.
Between 30 and 15 days you lose the $600 holding deposit.
Within 14 days of departure, lose 50% of your reservation fee.
Within 1 Week - No Refunds
For bookings less than 30 days prior to departure we have a different cancelation policy:
48 hours after booking, free refund (unless departure is less than 7 days away, then all sales final)
30-7 days prior to departure, lose 50% of your reservation fee.
7 days prior to departure all sales final.
